MANIFEST POLICE SERVICE
Website Policy
How this website may be used and how information submitted through it is handled.
Last updated: 21 June 2026Manifest Police Service and this website are fictional and are provided solely for FiveM roleplay. They are not connected to, endorsed by or representative of any real police force or emergency service. Do not use this website to report real crimes or emergencies; contact the appropriate real-world emergency service instead.
1. Purpose of This Website
The Manifest Police Service Information Hub provides officers, applicants and civilians with access to announcements, department information, training material, handbooks and online request forms. Information may be changed or removed as service requirements develop.
2. Acceptable Use
Use the website lawfully and only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the website, impersonate another person, submit deliberately false information or use forms to harass staff or other users.
3. Officer-Only Access
Officer Forms and Handbooks are protected by a shared PIN and browser session. The PIN must only be shared with authorised officers. Officers should use the Lock Officer Access button before streaming, screen sharing or leaving a shared device.
4. Information Submitted Through Forms
Forms may collect names, callsigns, contact details, dates, department selections, complaint information and other details entered by the user. Only provide information that is relevant and accurate. Do not submit passwords, payment information or unrelated sensitive personal information.
5. Command Review
Form submissions are saved by the website for authorised command review. Bronze, Silver and Gold command access is checked through Discord sign-in and the configured command role IDs before submitted information can be viewed or responded to.
6. Images, Evidence and Links
Complaint forms may accept one supported image of up to 8 MB and an evidence link. Uploaded images are stored server-side and are only available through the protected command profile. Users are responsible for ensuring they are permitted to share any image, recording or linked material and should avoid exposing unnecessary personal information.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
The website uses a temporary session cookie to remember when Officer Forms and Handbooks have been unlocked. Form cooldown timers may use browser local storage. These functions support access control and prevent immediate repeat submissions; they are not used for advertising.
8. External Links
The website links to Discord and Google documents or spreadsheets. Manifest Police Service does not control the availability, security or privacy practices of external services. Review the destination before submitting information or opening shared material.
9. Security and Retention
Reasonable controls are used to limit access and validate submissions, but no website or third-party service can guarantee absolute security. Access to submitted information and its retention is managed by authorised Manifest Police Service administrators and command members.
10. Questions or Concerns
Questions about this website, a submitted form or information held by MPS should be raised with an authorised command member through the official Manifest Police Service Discord.
